What is the Health Score Calculator?
The Health Score Calculator is a comprehensive evaluation tool designed to assess your overall wellness across the 10 most critical lifestyle and clinical pillars. Rather than focusing solely on weight or body mass index, this calculator scores your physical activity, sleep, diet quality, blood pressure, resting heart rate, alcohol, smoking, and abdominal body shape (waist-to-height ratio).
Each category is scored as Excellent (10 points), Good (7 points), or Needs Improvement (3 points) based on evidence-based medical and public health guidelines from organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO) and the American Heart Association (AHA). Summing these scores gives you a single, unified health score out of 100.
Knowing your health score serves as a guide for lifestyle improvement, highlighting exactly which areas are holding your well-being back and providing clear benchmarks to aim for.
