Repayment Thresholds & Rates
Repayments are calculated as 9% of your gross income exceeding your plan's threshold:
1. Plan 2
- Who it applies to: English and Welsh students who started university between 2012 and July 2023.
- Repayment Threshold: ยฃ27,295 annually.
2. Plan 5
- Who it applies to: Students who started university courses in September 2023 or later.
- Repayment Threshold: ยฃ25,000 annually.
